Shipping

Orenda Skin Care currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, France and all of Asia. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.

We offer two shipping speeds: Standard (4-7 business days): Free; Rush (1-2 business days): $25 within the Continental United States.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, We only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

As soon as you place your order, we process it within one to two business days, then we ship.

You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these areas will take about 12-20 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry you didn't love your Orenda Skin Care product. Please reach out to renee@orendaskincare.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

At Orenda Skin Care, we stand behind all of our products! If for any reason a product doesn’t meet your expectations then please email us at renee@orendaskincare.com with your order number. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of placing the order.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to fully process. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
